Against the grain
My latest buil based on a 04 Thruxton.

Engine:
-Airbox removed, DNA pod filters
- HC Pistons
- Port polished
- Reinforced clutch, etc etc..

Electrical system
- Cleaned up, all relays etc. placed under the saddle

Handling
- R1 00 front fork and tripple tree
- R 01 pots, R6 05 discs
- R1 05 front wheel
- CBR 600 rear wheel

All in all over 50 parts, most of them waterjet cut from my 3D CAD designs.
To much to describe, It's a lot :)

The top triple is a modyfied R1 triple, the gauge mounts is a design by me in Auto CAD, water jet cut and powder coated.
 
Nice! I have an o4 Thruxton. You could probably make a couple of bucks selling guage brackets. There is another guy that sells them but he want's a pretty penny.

Thanks for the tio, but these are custom with my gauges and mounted to my R1 triple tree. Not a Big märket there ;)

Hi all - has anyone else attempted this with an R1 front end? I have an 01 R1 front end to replace my 2012 stock setup and need some guidance please....
