Ultima wiring. Headlight problem

Hi all!

I installed 18-530 Ultima wire kit on a Honda 1983 Honda CB750 (F2, Boldor).

Everything worked fine up to a certain point, but at the final assembly it turned out that the headlight had ceased to work (although it had worked without any complaints), both low beam and high beam. I am rechecking the wiring now, maybe something has moved somewhere.

But the question remains, could something have burned out in Ultima itself (indicator lamps on the Ultima do not burn)?
All other elements from the same connector work fine (beep, turn signals, etc.).
When checking the tester also in the near and far light there is nothing.

Thx for help

Could be a large number of things and each will need to be checked.

I'd start with the easy stuff: Fuses and ground wires.

If you can't find the issue, it's time to break out the multimeter and start tracing voltage back from the headlight, to the dimmer switch, to the power connections.

Grounding checked everything ok.
But with fuses there is a question. In fact, all of them, if I understand correctly, are hidden in the Ultima block.

There is no physical ability to check or replace them. According to the manufacturer, in case of a problem, simply reboot the unit. But I have unfounded doubts about this.
There were hopes that someone is familiar with this device.

Today I can check the whole line and see what's what.
I worry that everything will come to the Ultima block normally. But from the unit on the spotlight will not work. Then, as I understand it, the problem is in the block.

P.S. I love custom motorcycles and hate them.
They taught me how to weld, solder and indifference to nerve cell death))

You re-wired entire bike, removing original fuse block on handlebar clamp?
