Want: vintage style TIRES Firestone etc... Cb350 headlight $$.00

You do not want to fit Firestone/Cocker tires to any motorcycle that might be ridden.

K70 Dunlop are available from a few different on line stores or get your local dealer to order a set.

Avon SM tires are also available but a bit expensive.

So I would assume that you are looking for a set of take-offs to fit to your project.

I always liked AVON ribbed (SM) front with a K70 rear on smaller bikes and K81 on mid sized. Never liked the K181 though

I always like TT100 (K81) tires but they don't give quite the same solid feeling as SMs because of their profile, but they feel really solid when cranked over.

For tooling around town, they may feel wrong, but try them on a nice set of twisties.

I have a set of Firestone’s from a 76 cb550 I took apart. Here’s the front, the rear is still mounted on the wheel but I can dismount it if you have any interest in them. Just lmk.

I don't mean to get between you and the seller, but that would have to be the single worst tire you could possibly fit on the front end of a motorcycle that might ever be ridden on the street.

If it's going on a bike into some sort of private museum, no one cares much, but on the street they should be illegal.

I was at a place the other day w/ the auctioneer my wife and I occasionally work for. I saw an almost new set of tires just like that... on a Ford Model A that's under restoration. Don't think I'd put vintage car tires on any motorcycle, they only look cool to those who don't know.

Marcw, I sent you a message asking about the sizes. Hopfully that's a 18 inch front for my cb350.

I’ll check sizes on them today

I agree they look cool but personally wouldn’t use them on a bike used for much more than show. I’ll get the sizes of both for you today though!!

I have an almost 100yr old 'clincher' tyre hanging on the wall back home. It's probably 1930'sbut may be older. I'm sure someone would use it if I sold it, even though it's a museum piece in it's own right 8)

Let me know if they are worn. Or how old are they? I'm mostly interested in the rear because 3.25 front is smaller than I'd like. How much for the rear shipped to Utah? How about rear and front?
