My official title is Systems Development Engineer, but that doesn't really do a good job of describing my day-to-day.

I spend equal parts in Software System Architecture, Project Management, and People Management. The people I manage are all Computer Science students at the local university.

Basically, we write software for clients and I teach the kids how to do it for real and not just in a classroom.

I'm also semi-pro at motorcycle wiring. ;)

I'm hoping this $15 minimum wage gets shoved through. I can get a cushy job at McDonalds, only work about 40 hours a week, and have more motorsickle time.

Until then, I spend about 100 hours a week in my machine shop.

Yep $15 an hour two jobs one at Lowes and one at Home Depot working 5 10's.. plan is to apply in a scooter for the empathy points and then work in the scooter so I don't have to lift shit

That retirement in the US 2017

I like your idea better Tune. Wonder if I could shove my GT380 motor in one of those mobility scooters...

My real job is, doing as little as possible doing my real job.

Now that I'm semi retarded.....uhhhh....retired, which means the bills are paid, and no debt.

I go to the place of employment with an eased mind, and can tell them to kiss my azz when and ifthey get on my nerves.

Been a few years since I posted in here. Had a job change since then.

I am now a "Senior Blowmould Operator"

I make milk bottles now. For 12 hours a day.

Like, glass bottles?

Nope, Working with HDPE. Using Uniloy moulders. One is an ancient beast, still runs on contacts and relays. The other is around 12 years old. We make 2L and 3L bottles (half gallon and 3/4 gallon)

Here are some pictures of similar machines. These are just the moulders. No cooling bed, trimmer and leak detector attached.

Left the tool and die industry a few years back to become a full time adult movie star. I only work on films with a budget of less than $500 so it keeps things interesting. Pays the bills most weeks.

That's cool Levi, shake what you mama gave ya.

Electronics Technician for the USPS. I work on the sorting machines that tear your favorite porn mags to shit.

Heavy Duty Mechanic, currently working for a demolition company, trying to keep 20+ old Komatsu excavators and 10 Kenworths on the road. Also have concrete crushers, a screener, wood chipper, 2 loaders and a dozer. I do what I can. We need to hire another guy...

Currently unemployed, so I'm technically bike builder right now. With a really piss poor business model.
