I need the head and pistons (already have the jugs) if anyone has them for an 81-83 Suzuki GS650. I don't need the valve cover Going on my GS550 project.

I went to get a link to where I found pistons brand new for $50 ea a few months ago but they are since no longer available. DAMN!

12111-15504 is the part number, ad -50 for .050 oversize, or -100 for .100 oversize.

now I can't find them anywhere, which sucks....Cause I have a spare cb360 motor that's locked up I was gonna try to build a crazy big-bore kit in using GR650 liners and pistons after boring the cases to fit the liners.

Ooo shitttt that's rad. I am waiting for my bore dial gauge to come in from my sexy santa so I can decide if I will overbore... Kind hoping I have to and have enough material to do so... Just cause

The 1.00mm o.s. GS650 pistons are long gone. Last I checked, the .5mm over pistons were available from Suzuki but the rings are discontinued (have to research for some automotive piston rings (old 70's Hondas fit my 72mm pistons) or get some custom rings made. The std bore pistons & rings for the gs650 should still be available as far as I know.

Drey, you gotta sign up on the GS Resources forum. I can put up a wanted ad there for you if needed. Worst case, the junk head at rice paddy could be redone with new valves
