Bike got knocked over by ass hat, need to replace my tank. Looking for a tank thatll fit a cb750k2 with knee dents. Anybody got one or a source for one?
WTB cb750k compatiable tank with knee dents, sources as welcome as well.

Some folks have fitted CB500T tanks -- take a look around for posts on it, dunno if they slip right on or require modification. And 500T tanks have gotten pricey lately...

I'm not a fan of the DIY knee dents -- they look like shit 99% of the time. The mild indents of the 500T and 350F tanks, however, I am a fan of. Opinions, however, are like assholes ...

I'm 6'5" and without the knee dents (which I made to fit me) its uncomfortable and less ergonomic, plus there was already a decent dent starting where a knee dent would be. So all the "poser" call outs, yeah piss off. Ichiban moto, I like your thought lines.

I admit I'm a fan of the styling but I as I said it started with a dent there so I enhanced it to my benefit. I wouldn't have dented a tank that wouldve looked fine as was.

I happen to think that trying to show your superiority and how cutting edge you are by making fun of someone because they made a different choice than you is soooooo played out. Internet trolls are sooooo played out.

Should have the confidence and the ability to no care what someone else thinks. On a public forum you are going to get a wide range of opinions. Cant just expect people to only agree. If you were strong it wouldn't matter if someone things you are a hipster poser that is following BS trends. Just like some don't care if others on the web think they are an asshole.

i dunno, seeing is how denting a tank is purely a cosmetic deal,has zero negative effect on the road holding of the macheen, maybe even good for rider comfort and fit
that all said it is fucking dumb to have a problem with it, modifications to a machine like this should be encouraged, if they are something that can be done that doesn't ruin the bike and if it makes the owner happy

now putting a dumb looking flat as the personality of a lobotomized retard brat seat on top of the frame rails so it makes smoke on the tire, THAT is something that should be demonized, it is a stupid and hazerdous mod that effects the road holding and perf of the match-een
