XS750 progress

dug up the pics from the ones I did up, directionally drilled for left and right, turned on a rotor lathe, all holes countersunk.....came out super nice.

You may have just sold me.

I still have my patterns and have even a spare set that I already turned on the brake lathe ready for drilling.....I'd be willing to do all three for $150 plus swap of your stock ones... there's 72 holes in each of my rotors, then chamfered both sides of each hole with countersink bit, plus the turning. comes out to something under $1 per hole drilled.

also, for what it's worth I converted to stainless brake hoses using parts from Summitracing for about $20 per line. Shipping was super fast I had the parts next day. The lever/pedal feel was VASTLY improved as was stopping response.

I got my stainless hosses and hardware from Slingshot cycles. I'll shoot you a PM if I decide to do the rotors.

Did some drilling and picked up some purdy grips.

Also a storm came through a few weeks back. Had the bike pulled out and it looked like this.

30 minutes later it looked like this...
