I've smoothen out clutch basket and clutch plate carrier of my cj 360 and xl 250 by grinding down all the sharp edges with a small file and they work fine now. Kind regards.

I always use a wedge bolt. You have to buy one from almost the same size of your calliper pistons and turn the old piston out.

Re: The Belgian cb 360 You mean orange bike? It's a old sherry bomb from our G20 wich I modified to fit on the CJ. Exhaust on the yellow cj I don't now.

Re: The Belgian cb 360 I'm not using the stock carbs, but keihin pd 30 mm carbs from a honda xr 250 with rubbers from original airbox and k&n filters, fits perfectly true the brace. Those carbs work very well, are cheap and easy to jet.

Most of the time it's the heart of the rotor that is bend, not the actual brake disc. So you can search for a worn rotor with a straight heart and put the two good pieces together. Saves a lot of money.

Why do you want to use usd gsxr forks? In my opinion you just dont need that kind of forks on a little cb. I use a fork of a fzr 600 (38mm) Just a little bit bigger then the original ones and have decent dampening characteristics. No need to have a stiffer fork then those with such a flexible...
