Yes! That's the Drive jacket... it's perfect for night riding seeing as it's totally reflective. The bike stalls slowly when I shift down to neutral. It basically putters out if I don't rev the throttle. If I do rev it, it won't stall. As for the exhaust, all I have is a baffle made of screws...
