    Thank Von. I did check McMaster Carr and I couldnt find any that were long enough. I will go into Fastenal next, thanks for the advise. I appreciate the help.

    Where I live there is a guy who works out of his garage and he cut the foam and covered it for me. We used the stock seat pan so I just told him to level it out and make it 'two up' friendly. Thanks!

    My wife wanted to be able to ride on the bike so I had a seat cut to allow two up. Took the sanding wheel to the tank for that industrial look then a few coats of clear of it.
