thanks a lot. yea i think i need to life the tank up a lil bit and it will pop. but were should i start to diagnose my electrical shut down?

painted the bike. what u guys think? and also i was riding it yesterday and it just shut off completely around 30 miles an hour, complete power outage what could it be? battery still has power only thing i checked.
