Wow forgot about this thread. Bike is finished now. Here is a few more of the assembly in no particular order.

Wow been a while and plenty has happened. Chopped the seat. Put on a funky headlight Wrapped the remains of the rear fender with carbon sticker stuff lowered my front fender Made some new bars few random pics.... XS650 disc conversaion. detailed the engine...

If my ride is back together I'll be joining the Thailand one.

As per thread title, am looking for an XS650 disc brake Hub. Bearings/axle and disc would be a bonus. Shipping to Thailand is also needed.

Yep, another vote for the Belt & disc sander, it will be handy for lots of things.

I never put much thought into the laces thing but I do agree it could be an issue. I wear Converse Tactical boots at work and they are super comfy so wear them on the bike as well.

Rims/Tyres/side cases/fork are done.

Just read the whole thread, am loving that orange paint with black pinstripes. awesome stuff.
