Thanks. That's what I figured. Just want to make sure I'm not messing with something integral to the flow of fuel, but doesn't seem like it does anything but plug a hole.

So after some research I found the following from an OEM parts manual. The parts are listed as 98507-05008-00 (Pan Head Screw) and 3H3-24522-00-00 (the gasket). I'll go ahead and order them, but does anybody know the purpose of the screw?
