Hey! The cb750F starting in 75-78 (sohc years) came stock with a rear disc. Same swing arm set up as 69-78. I'm pretty sure you'd just need a cb750F rear wheel and the disc set up to run this rear disc. Also would have to find a spot to mount the master etc etc. I'm sure people have done it...
