Picked up a CB400 a few weeks back and it is in great shape physically. I've just recently had the carbs cleaned and tuned and I reinstalled them last week. The bike fired on the second crank without even needing choke.
Still haven't ridden it as I've just got it in my driveway while I do...

This is about the only example I've found. I like it and think the idea of having a cowl that can cover the back 1/3 of a flat track seat.

I really like the look of the classic one-up cafe seat, but from time to time may want to throw my wife on the bike to cruise to the beach for fish and chips. Are there any seat kits that are available that make switching between two seats an easy thing?
