if cb360 is 36 spoke wheels, rather than the 40 spoke that the larger bikes are equipped with....the mikesxs wheels will work. they are a size up from stock, but that's really not a huge jump. Those tire sizes should work out great.

Re: Paintitallred CB550 3rd clip should be good. the difference in temps at the head pipes is telling you your sync is off assuming valve clearances and ignition timing are in spec and compression numbers are similar.

if datadavid's plan doesn't work, you can replace the diaphragms for $19.50/ea from JBM industries. I did a set of them once and was very pleased for the cost.

what tim said is pretty spot on. also, your left and right fork legs are mounted on the wrong sides. Looks like you're missing quite a bit.....hopefully you aren't missing all the racking components to make those 4 individual carbs into the stock rack of 4 so that they can function again...
