Brand new master cylinder not producing any pressure.

There is only a bleed valve at the bottom on the caliper. How do I bleed it from the master cylinder?

CB650 cylinder 3 not firing like it should

I recently cleaned and synced my carbs and got my new project cb650 running, but cylinder 3 isn't producing heat like the other 3 are. The exhaust pipe stays much cooler than the others when I run it (it does warm up a little, but there is an obvious difference when compared to the others)...

Thanks, I'll avoid the clear coat. I love the polished wheel. Black would look cool too though.

    Caswell Tank Sealer

ps - and have you ever done it with a tank that was already painted? Should I be worried about ruining my paint when I apply it? Adding the Caswell was kind of an afterthought for me, but I really think it would give me some peace of mind, despite having a fiberglass tank on my bike.

    Caswell Tank Sealer

Just curious, what did you use to plug the petcock holes when you applied the Caswell lining?

    6. They're usually cheap (at least when you're starting the project)

    4. You never have to haul anything. And you couldn't even if you wanted to. It's just you and the bike.

    Why we love cafe racers

I thought I'd start a new thread all about why we love cafe racers. I hope this isn't a duplicate of another thread, but if so, I guess there's nothing wrong with showing a little extra love for our bikes here as well. So to start things off... 1. You can't buy them brand new from a shop...

Another 750 (pics too)got some more done

Re: Another 750...sorry but i love her(pics too) No, not at all on my bike. I just epoxied on some little tabs that I fabricated and they work great. Honestly it's such a nice fit on my CB650 that I could almost just press it down and not even worry about mounting it. It is a little longer...

Thanks for the info. I'm considering doing the same on my build. Do you do any kind of clear coat over it?
