I got a boot today (had ankle surgery last week). Hopefully tomorrow I'll hobble out to the garage to get those numbers on! I'll take a pic and post it by the weekend.

    The light..... I see it.

haha! Well I'm waiting to get my number decals in the mail. The tail section has number plates on it and they look super goofy without numbers on them! :) Hopefully they will be here by the weekend!

    The light..... I see it.

It is a BCR tank and tail section. They are made of fiberglass.

    CB750Kafe

He angled some hose (out) and put some velocity stacks on them. His bike was stock framed. It looked awesome. He said it was really easy to tune as well with those mikuni's. My cc's are maxing out the mikuni's. We'll see how it runs, but you're right, it "should" fly. The bike will...

    CB750Kafe

I'll let you know about the carbs as soon as I get it running. I put them on last night. They sure pass the visual horsepower test! As for the rear-sets. They are at a pretty extreme position, but I'm 5'11" and it feels kind of like being on a Gixxer. That's the only thing I can compare it...

Yes, Benjie does make custom parts for bikes if you supply the specs. And yes, he does hand make tanks, seats and exhaust out of fiberglass or metal. It took awhile only because I told him to take his time with my parts (due to me being a slow poke when building a bike) Thoese are the stock...

Haha, It is very noticable right now, but it is getting powder-coated black soon. I like the look of a lower, smaller headlight as to not take away from the rest of the bike.

Tim's XS project - 750cc rephased ported head titanium valve hot cam craziness

Re: Tim's XS project - APRIL 29 2009 - spark? we don't need no stinkin' spark! The bike looks awesome!!!! That happened to me when I built my XS750. I hunted for a week for the cause. It ended up being a ground on the handlebar switch. My 77 switch grounded to the metal handlebar ( I had...

    [ASK] Plastic surgery for CB750K 1981 to CB750 Four/ K0-K4

There are a few DOHC cafe's out there. They are not near as popular as the previous generation CB's. They have their advantages and disadvantages (just like any other bike). The main disadvantage in most cafe builders' opinions are the vacuum operated carbs. They are a pian in the A$$ to...

Great News! Benjie from www.benjiescaferacer.com emailed me this a.m. to let me know my tank, seat and battery tray are complete! They look great. Hopefully they will be here in KS by next weekend or so. I'm still having a ton of trouble deciding on what color I'm gonna spray the bike. I...

Oh, and the speedo is a 2 1/16" digital one. I think it may be a dakota digital. It is only a speedo (as far as I know). I got it from a buddy of mine who had it on a chopper of his. I plan on getting a sensor that mounts near any metal (magnetic) rotating assembly. i will mount it on my...
