    JPMs 1977 Suzuki GS550 REDUX

Don't increaase the mains. That color seems just fine, leaning to rich for the most left spark plug it seems. The third one from the left seems perfect to me. (My preference is to run a bit rich, with as goal to let the engine run a bit less warm.) The half throttle chop seems too lean indeed...

Is the relay adapted to led indicators? Normal relays are load dependant. And the load of the LED's is much lower than normal bulbs.

so when u insert the flasher, the indicator light in the dash is blinking, but not the indicator itself? Have you checked the indicator without the lens on it, to see if the tungsten glows even a little bit? Maybe the flasher is worn out and can't handle the current anymore. Anyway, the flasher...

    Winter project CB550

Did you keep the rectifier/regulator in the seat pan, out of the wind, or did you mount it below the seat pan? If you kept it in the seat pan, do you have troubles with overheating? Asking because I'll have to make that choice soon :)

Honda cb350 cafe racer project from the UK

I'm sure it's the charging system. Old CB's don't even need a battery to run. (I don't know about starting, but once it's running it shouldn't need a battery)

    New DTT member 360T build

exhaust leak won't do much damage. Been riding around for three weeks right now, still got to weld it shut. Inspect for black carbon deposit spots on the exhaust or areas close to it. In the neighbourhood of the hole you should see a black spot if you've driven it around for a while.

I love the sligtly upswept seats. And dark brown would be nice on the bike. A seat like this one, but than dark brown: http://www.bikeexif.com/honda-cafe-racer-2 As for the exhaust I would have two options: expensive: Scrabler exhaust cheap: Reverse cone.

Nobody does the first time :) You don't need a steady hand like a surgeon or whatever. But I do recommend no to drill them after a heavy night of drinking :P Just be sure to center punch the broken studs before drilling. I can also recommend not to use those heavy drills with a power chord. I...

First, ignore all anti-cursing preaches of your mum and start cursing at your bike like a madman. Helped me let off some steam and start over in a calmly fashion 8) But in all seriousness: You will most likely not be able to get them out. Aluminium has the tendency to corrode and jam those...
