Got the paint stripped off the tank of the 750 where it was dented. Got the bondo on the smaller dent, still gotta pull out the larger dent and fill it.

Pulled the carbs apart last night and they are a lot cleaner then I thought they would be judging by the amount of crap in the tank! The bike only has pods and stock exhaust and its running 130 mains, seems a bit to big but we'll see what happens when its put back together.

Fuel bowls are full of fuel.

My bad. Was looking at the wrong line. The vaccum line runs from the carb to the petcock.

There is a line running from a brass pump to the petcock. There's two wires that run from the pump to under the seat. Possible that the pump isn't working properly? I have since been cranking on it with the electric starter and it melted a ground wire.
