My daily rider right now is a naked 1980 GL1100 I'll be keeping my eye on this forum. Once my Cm400 is finished I will likely Cafe my wing too :D

Great build. Most of my fav cafe racer builds are 360s ;D Some of your pics are upside down, which makes it hard to see :o :o :o :o

There are other coatings available: I guy at work just got a new rim and rotors for his harley, and he got this "Dry coating" which protects the rotors, and looks like powdercoating...I'll get some more details from him I've used High temp paints on Rotors, driving will clean any surface...

Yep Working on a 80 cm400t cafe, Same crap with the tank. Bead blasted it, enlarged rust areas with burr bit, and welded the holes up. :-\ Down the road you might need a new tank >:(

All depends on what you got to play around A guy at work has a harley he built, and he uses a single carb from some old 400+cc dirtbike, runs excellent ??? If time is money for you, I'd suggest mikuni carbs
