looks like you did a hell of a job with that seat, congrats! Did you just teach yourself to weld then do the battery box / did you buy the welder from harbor freight?
Wow I feel like an idiot for not realizing this! Will definitely do this in the meantime but still look for new hardware (don't like the 'open' look at the end of my grip).

This bike is about the best inspiration I've found for my new r80 - do you have a build thread anywhere? If not, would you mind sharing info on the seat,tires, rear blinkers/brake light unit? I assume the rear mudguard is just one you bought and figured a way to mount?
