Well it only took 4 years to post up a pic or two of the finished bike! Stumbled on these two pics today. The first day of running the bike in, nursing it around the track in group D.
Unfortunately I had to sell the bike a year ago.
Updates should follow in 2-3 weeks. Kids on holiday now and pop said he'd visit so we can finish up the last of the welding. Work been hectic these last couple of months!

I just dug this up. Remembered it last night. Saw this at a show some years back.
I stand corrected, but I think this is a 700cc motorcycle boxer engine powered BMW.
Wish I had a better shot of the engine. A little gem.
Dug up the thread. Posted it back in March 2011. :-) Some cool info there. Yeah, according to "Joksa" its a formula tecno K, with upgraded twin engine.

Had a serous pow-wow last night.
"A" and I discussed various issues around, design, functionality, style, cool factor and objectives.
A critical issue was brought up, and that was where the picnic basket was going to go.

The seat rails have 200mm of movement. This was the starting point.
In these designs, the steering shaft can be adjusted by 100mm.
The thin green line in the front is the axis point for the pedals.
