Tidy work as always mate. Really got to get myself a house with a shed so I can tinker and make all the stuff I want to, I can only plan stuff these days and get a fabricator to make it or wait till I can get a shed and some tools.

I prefer the ones you milled :P but that's just because I like machined stuff. That brake lever is very nicely done too, that mill setup you have is very capable! If you put up a different angle photo of the milled one that would help I think. Much sleeker side on.

fender looks really nice. did you make the fender yourself? it's a good fit, very neat. I have similar front fender mounts from tube and round bar but I bolted them from the top of fender.

Found your thread here, more active than HT. If your bike charged fine with your headlight off then your reg/rec fuse is fine. I'd test with that 35w head light and then move on to testing another rotor.

It only replaces the starter solenoid if the starter motor draws low amperage, less than 30a I think, which these bikes do not, starter solenoid is required.

The CB450 is a pretty high strung bike that requires a bit of maintenance to keep it happy, but if you are happy to keep it running well it is a great bike. If you are ok to change the oil regularly, check the valve clearance and set the points/timing then you'll be fine. The 400/550 are...
