RD350 Cafe -- Last minute opinions needed before final welding and finishing. What would you change???

I missed that the first time, Thats too much like the twin line bike As it sits now Its about an inch higher in the back and most likley will get about the same added when the rear tire is aired up, the front is down about an inch. It should balance out once the front tire is mounted. Dang...

RD350 Cafe -- Last minute opinions needed before final welding and finishing. What would you change???

as of now I just have them slid up in the clamps, Ill do the final height when I rebuild them. I Know the progressive springs need about an inch and a half cut off. I figure if i do 2 inches that should put me where I need to be height wise, If not I can still slide them up a bit.

RD350 Cafe -- Last minute opinions needed before final welding and finishing. What would you change???

The swing arm is stretched 3 inches and there is a drop in the axle pivot point, at this point its in the probably shy of the 10 deg range but until everything is at the proper height and the tires are both mounted to their aluminum rims, (both 2.15s) It wont be locked down. I do realize that...

RD350 Cafe -- Last minute opinions needed before final welding and finishing. What would you change???

The tank has about 3 inches of stretch added to it that may be making the proportions of the seat look a bit smaller than you're thinking it is. It's compact, but not terrible. Im 20 pounds lighter now and have added 2 inches to the seat since this was shot. Would you go higher, longer or...

RD350 Cafe -- Last minute opinions needed before final welding and finishing. What would you change???

Im getting ready to do the final welding and set the angles an perportions on my cafe. 1975 Yamaha RD350(LC) Preservation-mod Hellride

I know this is an old thread, But I traded B&B that bike for parts almost 20 years ago and I've regretted it ever since. When they had their auction this year I was hoping to get it back. I bought a half a dozen other bikes and was disappointed I didn't see that one. Im happy to see its still...
