    here it's considered a motorized bicycle and no registration is required. i was a little leery of converting my suzuki R-E5 to a cafe but since this turned out good it's given me the confidence to jump into it. heres a pic of the front end.

    i made the frame with componets from nova cycles. it has drum brakes and a 3 speed rear hub. it will do about 40 mph. the seats not to bad, wouldn't want to ride it cross country though. 50cc 2 stroke. the fron hub has a dyno for powering the head light.

    been lurking here awhile. before i start choping up my vintage suzuki i thought i'd try my hand at a smaller project, heres my first cafe, it's a motorized bicycle with one of those 50cc china kit motors. turned out as a really fun project. run great and is a ton of fun.
