17-inch wheels on CB

Both bikes ride quite nicely. Especially the CB500.

My current project I am running 19's front and rear.

Depends on the look you want, and type of riding you plan to do, I suppose.
 
Yep: I think they both will perform close to the same with the 17 turning faster and the 18 more stable with better feel at slower speed.
