1974 CB360 Top Triple broken

Took my forks off to replace the seals and found that the top bridge/triple was cracked... seems like a common problem.

Can these be welded? Should I even consider that?

On the hunt for a replacement, advice on alternatives from other Honda models would be helpful to widen the search.

Can it be welded? Sure. But how much do you trust your welding skills or local shop?
