1974 CB750k - Engine "rebuild" - first timer over here

Almost all together now! Head is back on and working to get the rockers and cam back in. Hopefully this will actually be worth the blood sweat and tears. Going to order tires this week and start the wiring. I know that is another thread in this forum, but does anyone have any good insight on how to start? Planning on just running headlight, taillight, starter....bare minimum basically. No speedometer/tach/nothing.

There are plenty of minimalist wiring diagrams for CB750, most chopper forums will have them and I think there are a few on here?
You have an EMS system so ignore anything that tells you to use PMS parts (smaller CB's) CB500/550 wiring will work though

Thank you! I have a few simple wiring diagrams saved to my desktop so I will work from them. Any brand of wire, or best place to get wiring from? Got the cam all back in today, just gotta button the rest up and put the valve cover back on!
