im my youth i raced bmx bikes and my wepon of choice was always a based off a s&m frame and fork. over the years i had several this is the last one i built. i won va state championship on this bike so when it resurfaced i was quick to buy it. it had been unchanged for the last 17 years so it needed gone through and cleaned and greased at the very least.

That's a cool bike Brad. I used to race BMX back in the day too but never really got great at it. My time was in the early 80's. I rode a Roger Da Costa and a Mongoose pro. Remember the skyway tuff wheels?

yea i had skyway's on a loop tail ripper i rode for a while

My parts bought list so far is
knock off 175 comp III ( becouse a real set cost more than motorcycle tires now)
new free wheel
new seat
nos frame decals (i dont want to talk about how much they cost)
paint & clear

still need a new chaini
new bottom bracket

the main reason im building this is becouse we went riding bike as a family a few weeks back and my daughter got tired pretty early i realizer me and my wife were on mt bikes with gears and a 8 year old was on a single speed 20' bike. The odds were stacked aginst her so in order to make me kooler im her eyes
...and my wife look like a dick i got a 20' bike too.
