I'm a first time builder working with my first bike, and have had multiple issues I've been able to resolve by myself (broken off spark plug, needed a helicoil, broken piston ring, screwed up timing etc) but I've got another issue that I'm hoping I can overlook. I lapped the valves on my engine, and when I mounted the springs again, I overlooked the part in the shop manual about the dual pitch to each spring. I have one valve spring mounted upside down and am wondering if I should bite the bullet and fix it before the motor is in the bike or if it doesn't really matter and I should just finish the top end and bolt the engine in. Thanks in advance for helping me out, and I like the whole community here. Let me know if you need to buy any CL350 parts, as soon as I have my motor running. I'm going to part out my spare motor.
