91 cb750(nighthawk) carb swap question

Going to run dual carbs instead of four, with custom intake similar to ones currently being produced for other bikes, thinking of what kind of materials one could use for the intake? any carb recommendations or ideas or things you have done that may help me out

Wasn't aware they had a kit for the late model nighthawks

these don't work on the newer DOHC's. just FYI

i use 6061 aluminum but i use a jig to build them to hold them to an exact flow tested pattern

and jigs to cut the parts then premachine the isolator rings into the intake runners

the flanges i have waterjet cut
