MSRP on a Honda Grom is US $3,200. 2,199.00 € is $2,400 US or so. I think honestly I'd pay the extra $700 and have the real thing.

They show up here in Belgium sometimes, and are advertised a lot as "Wow you must have this crazy but genious concoction!". I think they're just a gimmick for the youngsters though, no?

Interesting that Skyteam decided to copy this model, however, and the other ones you've posted seem like copies of Mash bikes. I'd say get one now before they lose a lawsuite and they become collectibles
