All Balls steering bearing question cb350f

Has anyone installed a set of these on a cb350f? They come with two spanners "one of which" may need to be installed to make it the proper height. Instructions say to compare to the old races which I do not have. Hoping to find someone who knows off hand whether I need one and which one to use. Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure the spacer gets installed first. Just measure the the height of the bearing and the depth of the neck where the race goes.
