Analog tach / Digital speedo

Anyone ever come across something like this? I only want a single gauge on my bike and ideally it would consist of a analog tachometer with a built in digital speedo.
Similar to this unit - https://cognitomoto.com/collections/new-products/products/motogadget-motoscope-tiny

but instead of a analog and digital speedo, the needle would sweep for RPM and the digital display would show the speed.

Also like it to have a GPS speedo, easily customizable faces and cost $42, but would settle for just the normal tach and speedo.

that price does seem unreal.
