CB front fork size???

Hey all, i have a question for about Honda front forks. I have a GT250 that i want to put drum brake front end on ( i know it is a step backwards but it is the look i am going for). I have looked up Honda front ends and there seems to be a lot out there with the same tube and length dimentions as a GT250. eg, 65-68 cb450 k4. 74-77cb360 cl-cj. 68-72 cb350-cl350 k2-3. The question i have or am wondering about is outside to outside fork measurment. I.E where the forks slide though the triple grips the wides measurment. I am just hoping i can find a set of forks that slide straight into my triple clamps. any assistance would be appriciated.

Best bet would be to swap out the entire front end - check the steering stem bearings here:

Thanks for the info Big Rich, but the 74 GT250 is not on that list. Unless the GT250L is the same as the GT250 A,B ?????(which is on that list). So i may have to wait until i put one of my bikes down and measure the bearings to make a positive id on them. If anyone knows a drum brake front end that does fit in a GT250L, i will love you long time . Or if anyone in oz has a T250 drum brake front end they want to sell would be great( i assume they are the same).

Does yours have steel fork bottoms?
The later GT250's were alloy slider so fork spacing is probably the same
