CB200 Misfiring 1 side when hot

Alright so update on this thing. I replaced the coil, wires, and plug caps, did not fix the issue.
Vacuum adapters came in, so I gave the carb syncing a shot. Pretty confused at how to sync these VMs. There is an idle adjuster on each carb, as well as the throttle cable adjustment on the cap. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I want to be syncing the carbs with the throttle cable adjustment? I was able to get them synced, but the gauge was reading low on both sides ~10 in/Hg. I've checked and double checked for vacuum leaks.
There's no mention in the manual about carb synchronization for whatever reason.
