let me know if this sounds right.
Adjusted the cable screw all the way down to let the valve close. Turned the Idle stop screw to where it was just resting against the stop. Adjusted the cable adjuster again until the stop screw just came off the stop and then back a little to rest it again. It seems to be pulling equally.
I checked the mixture screw, and set it at 1+1/8th as specified on S.C.I.
I believe the top cable adjustment adjusts slop in the throttle.
