CB350 top shock mount diameter?

Need to fabricate top shock mounts. The OEM shock bushings seem to be 16mm. Can someone confirm this?

Mic'd mine at .622", (15.2mm)
This is a clean/blasted frame.
No rust, no paint.
I'm sure the bushing are at 16mm, with a mm clearance.
Build accordingly...

Great. I didn't want to size it to my 40 yr old bushings and then not be correct for aftermarket shocks later in the build.
