CB360 lost power today

OK that thing looks fuking PRISTINE!!!

I'm gonna ask the dumb ass qestion and I want you to remebr, did the bike DIE or did it run out of power??? Was it still running?

MY 360 will SOMETIMES suck the CHOKE closed under acceleration if I have it left it say 1/4 or 1/2 open. When it does it, it loses ALL power and dies on the spot. I go WTF!!!!! and look down and remember and flick fuking choke back open and back she comes!!

Yeah... mine does that too.

Hmm that is an interesting theory. However, I don't think the engine would have gotten so hot if it was choked, right?

So I am trying to get to the clutch/oil filter but I am scared of all of those screws. I had some difficulty getting out two similar screws on the bottom of the front sprocket cover and ended up stripping the heads (had to cut them off). Any pro tips for successfully removing them? My screw driver seems to fit them well but they are just too tight.

Either Impact Driver or 'pound through' screwdriver
Need to give those screws a smack and jarr threads

How did I not know about this tool? It is amazing. Every time you visit this site it should flash in big letters: DO YOU KNOW WHAT AN IMPACT SCREWDRIVER IS? But seriously, this thing was like laxative for those screws. Two taps on each one and they just slid right out. :)

Oil filter had some sludge in it but no metal pieces. Sludge was stuck to the outside walls as I'm guessing it is supposed to be, and was not deeper than the ridges in there. I will clean most of it out but I'm not messing with that interesting nut that you need a special tool for!

Oil filter tool, was like 10 bucks shipped when I bought one. Filter is a hell of a lot easier to clean off the bike.

6mm bolt is only to remove cover after you get the big circlip out.
You need peg spanner to remove the special nut, hence the $10.00 tool
