Hey, I've been a forum lurker for quite a while, but I finally am stumped on a problem and need some help.
Back story-
I bought this cb650 a few months ago and the owner swore to me that the it ran great, and just the starter clutch needed to be replaced. I accessed it through the oil pan and followed the guide in this thread - http://www.hondacb650.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=242.
The primary shaft was tight going back in, but i used a rubber mallet and it eventually seated back down.
Current-
I finally got the engine re-installed, filled it with oil and re-wired everything ( pulled off the honda wiring loom and simplified everything).
Once I fired it up yesterday, I heard this whining noise. The bike seems to run ok, but it has the loud whining noise is really concerning.
I've uploaded a video of the noise (I rev it up a little at the end)

Any thoughts? Primary drive chain?
