Thought this might be of some interest to share here. A friend of mine bought this Chicane wheel super cheap that he wants to use on his GSXR 1100. It was missing the brake rotor hub which also houses the wheel bearing. This side of the wheel was also drilled for a 6 bolt pattern. He was able to borrow a 5 bolt pattern hub that I used to reverse engineer the hub. I got all the relevant faces turned in one operation on a manual lathe so everything is perfectly concentric – drilled and milled the rest on CNC knee mill. I also drilled and tapped the wheel for 6 hole pattern, installed new bearings and turned a wheel spacer, bearing spacer and this wheel is ready to roll. Made a lot of chips – i love this stuff.
