CL 360 carb question

OK I'm new to the world of carburetors. I took the tops off the carbs and there is a black rubber diaphragm which is held down by a white urethane "washer"? Problem is both of my urethane washers are broken and or cracked.

My two questions are 1) what is this part called and 2)where can I find/buy some replacements.

if the white washer is cracked you will need to find a slide

the rubber can be replaced but the seal ring must be intact

I've done literally hundreds of CB250/360 carbs and never seen the nylon hold down washer split.
Get some close up pics, could be repaired slides?

If you need diaphragms use JB Industries ones, they work and are much cheaper than anything else out there

The nylon washers underneath the diaphragm are both intact.

So with the jbm industries diaphragm i don't need those white nylon washers?

Correct me if I'm wrong but when I checked their site and the install pics seem to have you cut the washers off completely.

Looks to me like it's had new diaphragms?
Is there a small tab to line up with carb body?
Remove the 'two piece' washer and post a pic of the diaphragm

It may have had new diaphragms which the previous owner installed because they seem pretty new. However the nylon washer was busted so I ordered the JBM industries diaphragm which deletes those washers completely. New diaphragms should be here by Monday. Then all that's left is some new tires and she'll be ready for the road. Need to put some miles on her she only has 5500 original miles
