New rider, in general here. I've always loved cafe bikes and the plan was to get more or less a throwaway beater as a first bike and replace with a Thruxton once I was reasonably comfortable I wouldn't drop my shiny new bike. I found a 71 CB450 to fit that role, but now I'm thinking the Thruxton can wait a bit and I'll mod the Honda cafe style...
