Hello Cafe world, my name is Daniel. Nice to meet you all. Well I did it. Bought myself a 69 CB 350 finally. My intention was to build a cafe that could double as a vintage racer but I believe this one is to nice in original form to hack apart. Got it from a lady that's kept it in a garage for 10 years. But it is still tempting to start pulling her apart. Here's a pic, it's got 11k on it and runs like a top. Look forward to picking all your brains and steeling your ideas with whatever project I start.
My first question to you all is front brake upgrade. I'd like to start tooling around town on this bad boy but would like to upgrade the brake wile still being able to revert her to original. Now without searching first are their any front break build reports on here? I'd like to put a front disc on from maybe a cb400 or something. What would be the most striagh forward swap?
She was my pit bike this weekend at NJNP.
