Honda 1976 CJ360t points adjustment?

I did some research on how to adjust pionts and the only thing ive found is this explaination.

"Rotate the engine until the the breaker lobe is at the highest point on the points shoe.loosen the 2 screws just enough to let the points move.Set the gap to .019".Repeat on the other set of points."

what does this mean and would it adjust the pionts on my motorcycle properly

+1 just remember that is a 450 he is working on in the how-to so it will not look the same. Principle is though.
