I have a Keihin carburator but don't know if it will fit my 1970 CB350. It says 722A KE, also if this is for a CB350 is it oem or aftermarket?

That model was used on CB350's.
However, you have 2 carbs on the bike, a left and right. Both should be the correct side, and both should be the same model.
