im mcswain.i've been in love with cafe's for some years but never owned one.year or so back i almost got a new triumph thruxton which i'm glad didn't i got laid off and it would have got repoed.well not long ago a friend of mine gave me this old bike a honda cb1000c cause i told him i wanted to build a cafe racer and i was looking for something.now that i've opened a bodyshop a should be able to do somethings i've always wanted to do and if this build goes well i might build a few more.which i've been fixn up cars for years wheather it be lowriders or hotrods.now i've got to find what will and want fit this bike the biggest thing is what wheels will work with shaftdriven.so if anyone can help.

Looks like a heck of a job lay ahead of you mcswain. Hope you like a challange. That being said, at least you'll have the freedom to get as creative as you want with it. Let's get a build thread started and really see what you've got there.
