Does anyone know someone that can help with moving a bike in and around Toronto?

Theres a regular advert on Craigslist. For my short-haul moves, I go to Home Depot, buy a 2x10, rent one of their vans for $20 / 90 minutes, go load/move the bike using the 2x10 as a ramp, and then take the van back to Home Depot and return the 2x10 for a refund :)

Total cost of $22 or so for the move.

Oh, and don't forget the gas. They need to see a receipt even if you put $0.75 in the tank.

If you have a hitch you can get a uHaul MC trailer for $15 a day.
