Need a new seat.

Been Around the Block
My wifes 72 cb350 has been sitting in the garage unridden in 5 years! Mice got to the foam from the bottom side of the seat. Need a new one. Has anyone here ever ordered something off ebay like this?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Black-CB200-CB350-CB400-CB500-CB550-CB750-CG-Vintage-Hump-Cafe-Racer-Seat-/201325133410?fits=Make%3AHonda|Model%3ACB350&hash=item2edfe9be62&vxp=mtr

Any opinions would be appreciated! She says she wants to ride again and even if she doesn't then I have another one to ride myself.

Wow! 92 views and nobody with an opinion?! Am I really on dotheton.com???

Somebody just tell me to eff off then so I know it's real!

A handful of guys have oredered from Chinese eBay sellers with good results. I am not sure exactly which sellers are trustworthy and which are not, but for $100 with free shipping it is worth the gamble.

Two of DTT's finest! Thanks for the replies! I think you're right Justin, it's not that much to gamble with and the old seat will still work for a while if the new seat does not work out. Hoping to give the old turd a little sprucing up. New seat, wrap the ugly pitted and scratched up pipes, and I found deal on some rims and hubs for 80 bones that have already been powder coated flat black. Should make the old bike look a little better. It runs but needs to carbs worked over, rebuild kits are on the way now. With any luck the wife and I will be riding around on 2 cb350's soon. Both 1972, one cb350 twin and the other a cb350 four. I'm sure it will turn some heads!

Can't wait to see the finished result, Moe. It's been too long since we caught up :)

Thanks but I want something I don't have to finish off myself. I need to measure the current seat and compare that to the measurements on those ebay seats.

I have fully upholstered seats with mounting hardware for the CB350. Just bolt the mounts to the frame, and seat to the mounts.

The thread HCG (thanks by the way) posted is me clearing out a bit in the shop that I'm no longer using.
